Uncle Val’s Peppered Gin comes with an extra special mix of aromas: juniper meets bell peppers, black pepper and allspice. For the maceration of the botanicals, big bags are put into the neutral grain distillate and are left in there for a few hours. Like this, the gin gets its smoky and spicy aroma.
