This special edition Trinity is the smoky filling of the brand. During production, the malt is kilned over a mixture of high moor peat, apple, beech and oak wood shavings. The result is a kneeling aroma. Smoked ham and fruits unite over the oak smoke and result in a delicious aroma composition. Caramelised sugar and herbal notes round off the profile.
