Zignum Añejo 0.7L (40% Vol.)
Zignum Añejo
Manufacturing
The manufacturing history of Zignum Añejo leads to Oaxana, Mexico. There, this unique mezcal is produced at Casa Armando Guillermo Prieto (AGP). This is the largest distillery in this place. The Zignum Añejo is made from 100% espandin agave. It matures in French oak barrels for 18 years. A special feature that gives this mezcal an equally special flavor is that the agave is not roasted as usual, but boiled.
Taste experience
Taste-wise, the Zignum Añejo convinces with a long-lasting finish and delicious wood aromas. In addition, the notes of vanilla and toasted oak spoil the taste buds. This creates a complex mezcal with a soft body, sweet notes and warming spices.
