Windspiel Kraut & Knolle, like the other drinks of the brand, is based on the in-house potato distillate. Various ingredients are macerated in it. Oranges, cardamom, cinnamon, cherries, meadow hay, nettles, walnuts, spruce needles, amber as well as mulleins and camomile blossoms are used. In the nose, Windspiel Kraut & Knolle offers an irresistibly warm scent of gingerbread and aniseed. On the palate citrus notes meet herbal nuances as well as gingerbread from the aroma.
