Whitley Neill Quince Gin gets its unique quince taste from the mixture of quince juice and quince extract. This quince flavour is complemented by Persian herbs, citrus fruits and juniper, which round off the taste experience. The Whitley Neill Quince Gin leaves a fruity fresh feeling on the tongue. In the following aftertaste some roots like iris root and angelica root become noticeable, paired with liquorice and coriander seeds.
