Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalino is inspired by the Mexican story from volcano to tequila. Not only its name tells this story, also its bottle looks like an erupting volcano with the bronze-coloured shimmer at the indentation at the bottom of the bottle. But what does tequila have to do with volcanoes anyway? It's simple: before there was tequila, there was a volcano. Its eruption made the soil in Mexico so fertile that the blue agave could grow there perfectly. Anyone who knows a little about tequila knows that blue agave is the plant from which tequila is made.

Manufacture

Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalino is made from two different types of agave. Highland and lowland agave meet in its bottle. Both species are cooked and fermented differently, creating an impressive and rich character. Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalino is an assemblage of Añejo and Extra Añejo Tequila. With its crystal-clear liquid, it is hard to believe that this tequila has matured for several years in wooden barrels.

Flavour

The crystal clear colour of Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalinos says absolutely nothing about its taste. For surely you would not expect a rich and intense taste from such a tequila. But in fact, the Volcán de mi Tierra Tequila Cristalino can impress with a very complex and strong flavour spectrum. Notes of tobacco and dried fruits meet the sweetness of vanilla and chocolate and mix with the typical agave flavour. A long-lasting and complex finish completes the taste experience.
