Tyrconnell 10 Sherry Finish inspires with its complex and at the same time balanced character. The maturation in classic Bourbon casks provides a wonderful creaminess. The post-maturation in selected sherry casks gives the Irish Whiskey its very special, unique note.
The amber-coloured Single Malt Whiskey is served in a classic 0.7L bottle with an alcoholic volume of 46 % by volume.

The bottling is from the same series of the distillery which the Irish whiskeys with port wine and Madeira cask finishing are from and presents itself as the balanced and fruity part.

Aroma and taste

A wonderful aroma composition already rises when the bottle is opened. The fine sherry notes that Tyrconnell 10 Sherry obtains from its post-ripening are skilfully balanced by tangy citrus and subtle nut.
This complex game is also present on the palate. Almost creamy and with a full body, the Irish Whiskey is a pleasure to the mouth and plays around with fine fruit and nutty nuances.

Finish

In the finish, Tyrconnell 10 years Sherry Finish is long and soft. In the balanced aftertaste, the oak is shown to its best advantage, which is rounded off by spicy tips.
