Balvenie 25 YO Single Barrel is being built in the Speyside region of Scotland. This area is famous for its Scotch Whisky. There are no more than 300 bottles per batch of this single malt variation. The nose of Balvenie 25 YO Single Barrel Whisky is dominated by a straight oak aroma. Aniseed, honey and apple pie are added. On the palate, a clear oak wood note is again evident. You will also taste sweet, buttery popcorn. Rye bread, crunchy apple, berries, spices and roasted sugar round off the palate wonderfully. On the finish, the whisky is smooth and long with freshly ground cereals and cinnamon.
