Silent Pool Gin 0.7L (43% Vol.)
Silent Pool comes from the picturesque Surrey Hills in Southeast England and is named after the spring-fed Silent Pool lake, the waters of which are used in the distillation process. The gin is distilled using a blend of twenty four different botanicals, including kaffir lime, chamomile, local honey, and lavender, which mix with strong juniper notes. The result is a rich, clean gin which imparts a modern twist onto a traditional style. There are flavours of citrus and pepper, with notes of aniseed and chamomile, and a silky, warm finish with just a hint of mint. The delightfully balanced elegance of this spirit makes it perfect for drinking neat, or to enjoy in a gin & tonic or a classic martini.
