Saffron Gin is manufactured in the French region of Dijon by Gabriel Boudier. Its orange colour and spicy aroma is largely characterized by saffron, the most expensive spice in the world. The gin's smell amazes with hints of juniper, lemon, wood and caramel. The palate is dominated by notes of angelica seeds, coriander, orange peel and fennel, which are leading to a long and mild finish.
