Sabatini London Dry Gin is enriched with the typical flavours of Tuscany. So there is regional juniper and wild fennel, lavender, sage, lemon verbena, olive leaves, and thyme in this gin. The family behind this complex spirit harvest a number of these ingredients from their own property or from the land of their neighbours. However, it is distilled and macerated in the Thames Distillery in London, making it a Mediterranean spirit with a British character.
