Ryukyu Kaze is the third spirit in the Ryukyu 1429 series. Among its predecessors there was already water and earth. Now this Awamori with the name "Wind" completes the series. Together the Ryukyu 1429 Awamori enrich the world of spirits with a very special taste. Because the Ryukyu produced in Japan owe their special taste to their rice based production. In order to ensure their high quality, only the finest and clearest water is used for distillation.
Kaze
This Awamori from the house of Ryukyu 1429 was made right next to Shuri Castle, and it is said that time stands still there. With a lot of patience a particularly noble and complex product is created. On the nose the Ryukyu Kaze shows up with a pleasant smell of nuts, vanilla and mushrooms. In terms of taste, the long-lasting sweetness predominates. It is complemented by acidity and a creamy finish.
