Clement Rhum VSOP is a very special rum from the small island Martinique in the Caribbean. This excellent rum deserves its addition VSOP because of its particularly long aging time in fresh oak barrels. VSOP means "very superior old pale".

Aroma

Clement Rhum VSOP is already exciting while nosing as it should be for an excellent rum. Poured into the glass, the rum immediately astonishes. Exotic fruits play shrewdly around the nose, while subliminal spicy vanilla and wood notes show up.

Flavor

Clement Rhum VSOP matures for four years. A time that definitely makes itself felt in the taste experience. The complex rum is very soft on the tongue, but also complex. Once again, exotic fruit aromas appear which bring a sweetness that is present but not too strong. This is followed by a hint of chocolate, which changes into spicy notes and is rounded off by exciting notes of oak wood and earthy hints.

Finish

The exciting composition comes to an end in a long and complex Finish. Once again, the harmonious interplay of sweet and spicy components that make the rum so extraordinary is evident.
