Clairin Sajours Rum is a clear rum that is produced on the island of Haiti, more precisely in the village of Saint Michel de l'Attalaye. Clairin Sajours' nose is dominated by passion fruit, banana, roasted sweet potatoes and herbs. The palate is a little heartier with hints of artichokes and aubergine, accompanied by sugar cane.
