odour and taste
The first impression on the nose confirms the character of this dry gin: juniper. A sweetness after caramel joins it. It is followed by the numerous notes of its Provencal origin: lavender, rose blossom, citrus, rosemary, coriander seeds, pine and grape. This is the smell of Provence!
QVT - Quatre-Vingt Trois
The small artisan distillery Quatre-Vingt Trois was inspired in its name by the code of the department where it is based - in the heart of Provence! >br>Justin and Anna-Carin Matterson founded this company after moving to Provence and when they realized that no local distillery in their area produced internationally recognized spirits such as vodka and gin.
How do you enjoy a dry gin?
You can drink a dry gin straight in a chilled glass. If you want to enjoy the full aroma of your Dry Gin, drink it at room temperature. Of course a Gin Tonic is also delicious - first put large ice cubes into a 300 ml glass. Then pour the gin on top. Pour the tonic water of your choice (whether floral, tart or fruity) onto the ice and gin. Stir the gin tonic with a bar spoon and enjoy your drink.
