With Proper No. 12 Irish Whiskey, Conor McGregor shows his humanitarian side: From every bottle he and his distilling pals sell, $5 proceeds go directly to First Responder organisations around the world. The donations amount to about 1 million US dollars per year. Proper No. 12 is a blend of various Irish whiskeys, one of which even comes from the Bushmills wineries. The drops are based on both barley malt and other cereals. These matured up to three years in American Bourbon barrels. By using these barrels, the whiskeys selected for Proper No. 12 by Conor McGregor are given pleasantly warm nuances. It offers a bright amber hue. Pleasant hints of toasted wood, vanilla, caramel and honey dominate.
