Pommery Royal Blue Sky is made to be enjoyed on ice. The light-yellow champagne is made with a dosage of 38g per litre which categorizes it as a "demi-sec”. In the nose, the Blue Sky presents notes of dried fig and almonds with hints of marzipan, honey and marshmallows. On the palate, this champagne is wonderfully velvety, complex and intense.
