Production

Myer's Rum is made from Jamaican molasses in various still processes according to an ancient tradition. What gives it a special note is the unusual fermentation process, which always leaves a bit of the previous process. Thus, a spicy and intense character develops. Myer's rum finally matures for four years in oak barrels. In the process, it develops its deep dark color through the addition of caramel.
