Mount Gay was founded in 1703 on the island of Barbados. Master blender Allen Smith himself created Mount Gay 1703 Old Cask Selection: a blend of rums, which are 10 to 30 years old and have been maturing in bourbon casks. The amber-coloured drink presents hints of spices and banana and presents itself as a velvety combination of wood and toffee on the palate.
