Mitcher's US 1 Straight Rye comes from the oldest distillery in the United States. It is prepared from the best American rye and matures for 5 to 8 years in fresh, charred oak barrels, and is also bottled in barrels. Notes of grain, hay, black pepper, citrus and butter caramel.
