Mezcal Amores is manufactured in San Juan del Río in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. Through an elaborate manufacturing process, Espadín agaves, which have matured for ten years, are distilled into clean and clear mezcal with some platin-coloured hues. A promising smell of smoke, citrus and wild flowers is followed by a complex taste of agave, orange peels and almond, embedded into a velvety soft texture. The finish gives off a little bit of heat with a touch of pink peppercorns.
