A little bit hot, slightly peppery and a fresh lemony taste - the Mermaid Gin convinces with a taste spectrum that offers many different impressions. This is probably due to the fact that so many different flowers and roots come together in its bottle. These include liquorice root, violet root, elderflower and Boadicea hops, as well as juniper, lemon zest and sea fennel. Together they make an exciting mix that tastes great from the first sip.

Sustainable production

Sustainability is a key factor in the production of Mermaid Gin. This is because we focus on both environmentally friendly and local production. "A world without plastic" is the motto with which the beautiful bottles are made from recycled glass. The bottling takes place on the British island of Isle of Wight, where the hand-picked ingredients come from. The gin is distilled several times and matures for seven days.
