Environmentally friendly distillery

The Croatian distillery Imagine Spirits is located between the picturesque towns of Vrsar and Rovinji, just a few kilometres from the sea. The gin is produced in a very environmentally friendly way: electricity is largely generated from solar energy and no fuel is used in the entire production process. Some ingredients, such as the lavender flowers and olive leaves used, are grown in their own garden.

Optics

The unique design, with its slender shape, has a high recognition value. 13mm thick glass and the octagonal shape form a sturdy construct. The fine cut gives the bottle an elegant shine, making it reminiscent of a noble and timeless perfume bottle.

Aroma and flavour

Nosing - Intense, strong and fresh aroma of juniper, followed by coriander notes and dried herbs.
Palate - Full-bodied, smooth, with herbal notes, a slight oiliness and sweetness.
Finish - Aromatic, long and warm, from deep, spicy and earthy notes to wonderfully fresh juniper and a lemony bite.

Serving recommendation

This intense London Dry Gin is perfect for a Negroni. In the case of a gin and tonic, we would garnish it with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.
