Aroma and appearance

A deep golden yellow shimmer and a delicate foamy rim are the first things that catch the eye with this fine champagne (0.75 liter), before a complex, intense bouquet of almonds, hazelnuts and roasted aromas present themselves on the nose. With increasing age, nuances of honey and pine juice are added to this aroma.

Palate

On the palate, this Harmony Demi-sec is generous with a full-bodied taste.

Production

The Chardonnay (45%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grape varieties were combined to create an unmistakable blend for this 12% vol. champagne. More than 55 crus flow into this cuvée, whereby this champagne has one of the highest proportions of Chardonnay. A dosage of 40 g/liter allows it to mature into an excellent Demi-sec. The dosage is added to the Harmonya in the form of a liqueur made from cane sugar and wine from the same vintage. This fine sparkling wine matures for three years before it is tasted.

Laurent-Perrier

Laurent-Perrier is one of the most famous French sparkling wine producers from the Champagne region. Tradition and modernity, family business and stock exchange listing, go hand in hand. This has much to do with Bernard Nonancourt, who developed the style of this house, the Laurent-Perrier style, in the 1950s. He wanted to add an elegant aperitif mood to the Laurent-Perrier champagnes. He achieved this by adding ever greater proportions of Chardonnay. To this day, you can recognize a Laurent-Perrier champagne by its complex character: citrus fruits, aromas of white fruits, plus notes of toast and cake - a surprising combination of freshness and directness.
