The Berliner is a consciously full-bodied gin that plays with the senses. Thanks to orange peel, it impresses with both bitter and fruity notes. Cardamom gives Gin its citrus notes and a strong eucalyptus-like freshness. It creates a pleasant contrast on the tongue and a sweetness that delights especially in the nose. In addition, a basil named Tulsi comes across. The variety known as the mother of all basil is revered in India, in Knete Gin it provides complex herbal notes and bitter accents. Ginger extends the flavour profile with earthy notes and gives the finish sharpness. Pink pepper refines Knete gin with resinous fruity sweetness.
