KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is prepared on the base of traditional sake and refined with selected botanicals from Japan. Besides juniper berries, yellow Yuzu, Hinoki wood chips from Japanese cypress and bamboo are found in KI NO Bi. Gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green Sanshō (Japanese pepper) lend a fruity twist that culminates in a sensual journey with ginger.
