Diageo demonstrates great skill at inventing a completely new gin: Jinzu Gin may be produced in Scotland but contains a genius Japanese twist. By using Sake as a basis and complementing the traditional botanicals juniper and coriander with Yuzu lemons and cherry blossoms, Jinzu is a whole new gin experience. Its taste is perfectly mild and floral, the finish soft with fruity notes.
