Production

The Jawbox Small Batch Gin is, as the name of the drink suggests, produced by the Jawbox company. This company is based in Belfast, the capital of Northern Ireland. The production and bottling is all carried out on the premises of the brewery in Belfast.

Botanicals

The Jawbox Small Batch consists of 11 botanicals. On the one hand classic ingredients like juniper, angelica root, lime peel and cardamom. Especially the angelica root gives the drink a fine and earthy tone. In addition to the classics, ingredients like cassia seeds, iris root, cubeb pepper, liquorice root and grains of paradise are added to the gin. The juniper with a hint of pine can be tasted and smelled. Lemon peel and coriander balance the mixture, turning the classic gin into a blend of lemon, juniper and pepper. The attention to detail promises a very high quality and an exceptional, yet classic gin in terms of taste and ingredients.

Serving recommendation

The most classic is the Small Batch in combination with Tonic Water. To further enhance the citrus nuances, we recommend adding a dash of lemon juice. To spice up the drink, you can add a cucumber or a sip of apple juice. To keep the contents nice and cold, put some ice cubes in the glass.
