The loving and traditional production of Jawbox Export Strength Gin takes place on a large estate near Belfast (Northern Ireland). There the gin is distilled very slowly in traditional copper pots in three stages. For this purpose, a whole eleven different plants are brought together, including, for example, the local Black Mountain heath.
