James E. Pepper 1776 Straight Rye was refined by the Georgetown Trading Company going from James E. Pepper’s recipe from the year 1776. It is based on a grain mix with a rye share of 90%, giving the drink a spicy and wholehearted character. The palate comes up with notes of honey, chocolate and cloves. The finish is exceptionally warm. Tastes best neat, on the rocks or with a few drops of water.
