Ilegal Añejo is made on the basis of 100% fermented Espadín agave, which is well known for its versatility, and then mixed only with water. The distillate ages for 13 months in barrels of American and French oak, resulting in a flawless agave spirit that already amazes with its copper-coloured tint. Ilegal Añejo smells of bitter orange, clove and maple and will lull your palate with a composition of sweet agave and dark chocolate notes.
