Hudson Manhattan Rye is distilled of one charge of rye only. Thus it presents a pure and intense taste. The aroma of the Rye Whiskey is fruity with hints of vanilla and caramel. The soft texture of the whiskey is guaranteed by the time-consuming pot still production and its double distillation. Upon bottling the whiskey in hand-numbered bottles, it rests in oak casks for four years.
