Glenrothes Maker's Cut is a Single Malt Whisky from Soleo Collection. It replaces the vintage and reserve bottlings and, like its forerunners, is a delight with particularly complex and multi-layered bottlings.
The Maker's Cut Whisky matures in First Fill Sherry casks and is bottled in cask strength. The Single Malt is served in a bulbous 0.7L bottle and with an intense 48.8% vol.

Aroma and taste

In the nose, the Maker's Cut from Glenrothes welcomes you with resinous notes and fresh oak. These earthy, woody tones are wonderfully balanced by the candied zest.
On the tongue, The Glenrothes Maker's Cut inspires with a rich and creamy body. Here it reveals its spicy character. The vanilla is particularly noticeable. The spice is rounded off by orange peels.

Finish

In the finish, the Single MaltWwhisky from the Scottish distillery is long. Subtle peaks of nutmeg come with a fruity orange peel to create a skillful balance. The sherry notes, which the elegant whisky receives from its cask storage, are also noticeable in the aftertaste.
