The contents of Four Pillars Sherry Cask Gin are made up of 42 different casks. Initially, Four Pillars aged the gin in Chardonnay barrels until Spanish Sherry barrels were added later. These barrel-aged gins are inspired by American barrel aging and therefore have a hint of rusty oak flavors in their taste. The ages of the various gins range from 15 to 35 years. With this blend, Four Pillars has once again conjured up a gin that stands out from the rest.

Flavour

The taste of Four Pillars Sherry Cask is rich, with fine pine oil adding to the sherry character. Adding a touch of cherry gives the gin a fruity and jammy aroma. It is also otherwise marked by a fruity character, which is complemented by nutty notes.
