Four Pillars is a distillery in Australia known for producing gins with particularly exceptional flavors. With the Olive Leaf Gin, the distillery has once again added to its series of unique gins. As the name already reveals, the olive is the focus of this gin. Enriched with cold-pressed olive oil as well as various olive leaf varieties, it exudes a Mediterranean feeling. So it can be dreamed with every sip to the warm place of origin of the olive trees.

Botanicals

The olives for the new Four Pillars Gin were harvested from the Cobram Estate. The other botanicals are also sourced from warm and beautiful Australia. The taste of the Olive Leaf Gin is determined by spicy botanicals such as juniper, coriander, rosemary, iris and lemon myrtle. But equally fruity ingredients, such as grapefruit and lemon, define the taste experience of the Australian gin. With its Mediterranean flavors, the Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is made for delicious cocktails, for example Martini. But also as a gin and tonic with a little rosemary and lemon, it makes no bad impression.

In the production of Olive Leaf Gin, as you would expect from Four Pillars, a great deal of attention to detail has once again been paid.This is how an incomparably high quality comes about. While some ingredients are carefully infused in steam, others are macerated in the pot. A whole year was tested until the recipe for the Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin was perfect.
