Dubrovnik Republic Dalmatian Dry Gin is a tribute to 2000 year long history of Dubrovnik and its great son, Benedikt "Beno" Kotruljević. It’s one of the first truely Croatian gins, distilled in Zadar, Dalmatia.
You can taste every single botanical that is used. Juniper from Zadar is one of tthe best worldwide and grows on the slopes oft he Velebit Mountains. Dubrovnik Bitter Orange from the Elafiti islands add Adriatic freshness to the gin. Seafennel is growing directly in the surf and tastes like the Bura wind smells. Immortelle, an aromatic herb, envelopes all other ingredients in a warm scarf.
Using sea salt from the ancient salt works of Dubrovnik and spring water of the river Una, the gin becomes a mellow spirit with a taste of the south of Croatia.
