Dom Pérignon Vintage 2010 0.75L (12.5% Vol.)
Dom Pérignon Vintage consists of the grape varieties Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and is produced only in the best crop years. 2010 was such a year.
The first impression which is reminiscent of fresh almonds is followed by delicate notes of dried fruit and glacéed lemon complemented by smooth toasty flavors. On the palate, the champagne impresses with a remarkable presence of creamy sensuality. At first, it is intensely fruity, then, it develops into a delicious taste of ripe apricot, passion fruit, and peach. This beautifully harmonious tone is underlined by a subtle bitter shade, which perfectly rounds up the whole experience.
