Dan Aykroyd's Crystal Head Vodka is based on "Peaches and Cream" corn and fresh glacier water from Newfoundland. The distillate is filtered in seven steps, four of which include charcoal and the remaining three involve a layer of Herkimer diamonds. The vodka is wonderfully smooth and clean. It is exceptionally slick on the palate when savoured neat and further works as a brilliant basis for countless long drinks and cocktails.
