Copenhagen Distillery Schweiss Jagt Bitter is a drink that turns the spirits world upside down. In Danish, the term Schweiss expresses the first splash of blood that an animal leaves on the hunt when it has been shot. The distillery uses blood and bones from deer as the basis. These extraordinary ingredients are distilled together with other ingredients such as cranberries, bay leaves and wormwood. The result is enriched with fermented honey, sea salt and hops. Copenhagen Jagt Schweiss tastes savoury and spicy, almost comparable to black pudding.
