Copenhagen Distillery Schweiss Fadlagret Jagt Bitter 0.5L (53% Vol.)
Copenhagen Schweiss serves as a base here. The Jagt Bitter is based on bones and blood from specially hunted deer. The Danish word Schweiss is roughly translated as the first blood left by the game when it is shot during the hunt. Together with wormwood, bay leaves and cranberries, the deer ingredients are distilled and mixed with hops, fermented honey and some sea salt. Then the Jagt Bitter matures for some time in a 100 litre barrel and gains both colour and strength: with 53%, Copenhagen Schweiss Fadlagret packs considerable heat.
