Cattier Dry is a sec composed of one third each of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Yellow-golden in colour, it exhibits an expressive nose of compote fruits, honey and vanilla. On the palate, it is rich and complex with candied citrus fruits and red fruits as well as toasted bread.
