This prestige cuvée is exclusively produced from the single vineyard of Clos du Moulin (2.20 hectares) located near Chigny-les-Roses. It is always composed of three vintages selected for their quality and ageing potential. The production is limited to 15,000 numbered bottles. Copper-golden in colour and with a discrete and delicate nose, the champagne presents itself subtly vinous with aromas of little red fruits, fresh butter and brioche bread. The finish is ample and long lasting.
