A fresh new creation from Austria: Blue Gin is distilled from Mulan wheat and fresh spring water. The botanicals that are used to give the spirit its aroma, consist of 27 different spices and herbs from all over the world. Besides the dominating juniper note, flavours of lemon rind, curcuma, coriander and angelica root are also easily noticeable.
