Production - handmade enjoyment

The young distillery only opened its doors in 2019 and began producing extravagant and unique gins. Their goal: there should be a gin for every occasion. Thanks to the inventive spirit of the Berlin team, the distillery now has a unique product range. These include the innovative Beelitz asparagus gin. In its production, attention is paid not only to taste, but also to the highest quality standards and sustainability. From the botanicals to the fruits of the gin - the Berlin distillery knows its origins and therefore guarantees maximum enjoyment quality. The distillates are distilled and processed by hand in small stills (40 liters) in Zehlendorf. The result is a wonderful product with 43.5% vol. The Beelizer Spagerl Gin is characterized by its highly aromatic appearance and a full taste without bitter notes.

Botanicals - only the best of the best

Asparagus, juniper, organic lemon zest and tarragon are some of the botanicals that take part in the Beelitzer Spagerl Gin's symphony of flavors. Great attention is paid to the origin of the individual ingredients. For example, the distillery states that the lemons for the gin come from an organic finca on the Spanish island of Mallorca. The juniper comes from a small farm in the north of Bosnia.

Sustainability

The issue of sustainability is not limited to the ingredients, but also extends to the renewable energy used for production, for example. Every effort is made to offset any emissions caused by the company that are harmful to the climate.
